Greg - it is indeed for real. As a matter of fact, the owner is interested in selling. As you may have noticed, some of Kyle's lines are actually written in the diary! This has to be one of the most sought after props in the series. I've been trying to get more page scans.

That's good to know! That Diary has to be the Holy Grail of the series, let me know know if you get those scanned pages.

I'd pay $300.  That's how much I paid apiece for the two dresses Sherilyn Fenn wore in Boxing Helena, plus the robe the mother wears.

It's a good thing you are not one of those obsessive TP/Lynch fans.  Phew.

i just think the cover photo screams "i was used in a david lynch thingie"

it's SUCH a pg-rated version of what a porno magazine should look like. very stylized and awesome. the rest of them don't really do it for me

It really is an amazing cover, I'm not sure if I've ever done it justice - picture wise. It shows a couple in an embrace. We don't see the woman's face, however we see the man who is exposing a very menacing snarl. I've always wondered if Lynch perhaps did the cover to this one as that issue makes it's appearance in the Lynch directed episode 8. I know someone named Kristy Dickson did the Fleshworlds (and Sheriff's Dept. badges amongst other things) for the pilot, however, I've not been able to stalk, er, track her down yet. One of these days, I'll do a hi-res scan.

Since it was such a success, they could have had a coffee-filled moat surrounding it.

I would love to see Judge Reinhold fantasize about Audrey Horne.

Yup, and the LMFAP could have driven around in a Barbie car (Ken's I believe).

And then Leland could have died in a fountain instead of in a sprinkler rain.
