| I was overjoyed when that episode came along because it was the first appearance of BOB in forever. |
I've never been so happy to see a demonic entity in all my life, it was like "BOW WACKA CHICKA POW, the series is back on track". I hid behind my pillow, but inside I was smiling. :D

Hello Kinky, you are alright in my book. You seem like a cool chick with a good sense of humor.

I'm not quite sure what that means, but it did make me feel kinda funny.
*imagine me saying that and sounding and looking like Garth from Wayne's World

"She's so beautiful." - that's about 10 percent of the dialogue in the entire Twin Peaks saga and it always refers to Josie

The one which always cracks me up is Andy's head colliding with the plank and his dazed stumble, with the classic comment from Albert Or the fish in the percolator
"Ive got good news....that gum you like is going to come back in style!" "I'm a WHOLE DAMN TOWN!"

Another vote for eye contact with the llama. And Coop hanging upside-down in his boxers with those ridiculous garters, while he records another entry to Diane.
"I'm talking about seeing beyond fear, Roger. About looking at the world with love."

When Leland runs into the wall made of stryofoam in his jail cell.

Did he say after Andy wacked his skull on the wooden plank to discover Leo's hidden booty? I don't usually enjoy slapstick but slapplank cracks me up. 'Agent Cooper! Agent Cooper!'
Beauty is momentary in the mind - The fitful tracing of a portal; But in the flesh it is immortal. The body dies; the body's beauty lives. So evenings die, in their green going, A wave, interminably flowing. So gardens die, their meek breath scenting the cowl of winter, done repenting. So maidens die, to the auroral Celebration of a maiden's choral. Susanna's music touched the bawdy strings Of those white elders; but, escaping, Left only Death's ironic scraping. Now in its immortality, it plays On the clear viol of her memory, And makes a constant sacrement of praise. ('Peter Quince at the Clavier' by Wallace Stevens)

Watching it again I'd say Catherine turning Leland's grief into a dance move, which the Icelanders quickly pick up, is up there at the top. And Leland offering Donna juice whilst possessed by BOB, hoho. Sorry to dig this thread up, I'm getting all Peaky again.

Cooper & the llama makes me laugh every time. Any scene with Albert. Cooper talking up a storm while Harry tries to choke down a doughnut. And I know it's not meant to be funny, but something about the way Leo smacks Shelly in the back of the head in FWWM always makes me laugh. Don't know why...
"What? Did your life pass before your eyes? Cuppa tea, cuppa tea, almost got shagged, cuppa tea..."

Another one that always make me laugh, is whem Ben says - "Admiration is for poets and dairy cows", still not sure what it means, but always cracks me up.
Ben: "We've laid in a gala reception for your fair-haired boys tonight. All of Twin Peaks' best and brightest." Jerry: "We're holding it in a phone booth?"

Its not a funny moment but throughout the show both Mike and Bobby make me laugh, especially Bobby. His arrogance is excellent. he's someone you'd love to hate but cant. Also alot of the Leo scenes make me laugh aswell

I think it's season one, episode ... two or three ... Harry and Cooper are in the station and as they get up to leave, Cooper tweaks Harry's nose between his fingers and makes a really bizarre "eeee" noise. It's easy to miss, and I just noticed it during my fifth or so viewing of the series. =D

My first post YAY!!! New to the whole Twin Peaks thing. I don't know why I didn't watch it when it came out. I bought the gold box and am about halfway thru it. Funniest thing I have seen so far, and there are many, was the moose head on the table in the bank. Or maybe the Tibetan rock throw that hit Andy in the head. Or when Doc and family are in the diner and Audrey comes in and he says "Remind me to pick up those 60 watt bulbs. So many.

Welcome aboard Naught! Glad you're enjoying the wonderful world of Twin Peaks. Believe it or not, the show gets even better, the more you watch it!

Too many to list and I can't remember all of them......but the one that really cracked me up is in the pilot, when Josie wants to close the mill and Catherine starts arguing with her, and after Josie gets what she wants, Catherine bitterly walks away. Then there's poor innocent worker and she asks him 'who are you' (or something like that) and he goes 'I work here', to which Catherine answers 'you're fired'..... She's such a stereotypically cold-blooded bitch, it's a pleasure to watch onscreen..... BTW, there aren't many really, lightly comical moments in Twin Peaks...I mean there are, but always accompanied by a certain degree of tragedy or pain.

Andy's head-hitting scene is funny for five seconds, and then it just goes on and on. I find it more annoying than funny. For some reason, i always crack up when Bobby and Mike are checking out Leo's shoes and Leo's just gobbing away on them, and Bobby looks up disgusted and says "Quit spittin' man." I also love Mr. Pinkle's line that 12rainbow mentioned. Good old bit of sexist humour there. Never hurt anyone.
