Amanda, because you're a kindly soul and a very good moderator I shall henceforth be sweetness and light! I assure you the aforementioned catfights were as boring for me as they were for the casual observer. In both cases I thought I was talking good old fashioned common sense before being savagely attacked (and before anybody else starts I was joking! Yeesh). The hell of it is, I spent months talking about nothing but Gold Box postcards. I only just stopped short of dragging people in off the street. Redbear, your shop is the reason my suitcase was horribly overweight and I had to throw away half of its contents (including my haul of Tweed's mugs, which were hideous anyway) before Continental would let me fly! And even then they fined me forty dollars because it was still too heavy. I spent a small fortune on soundtracks. I love Seattle generally but Easy Street will always have a special place in my heart... Anyway, I digress. Gold Box postcards, aren't they lovely and oh so collectible? Et voila! Back on track...
I ran from the noise and the silence, from the traffic on the streets

I got the Gold Edition for Christmas, and I haven't even opened the postcards yet. I didn't realize that there were different ones in every set, and I definitely didn't know that some of them might be signed by His Grand Weirdness himself or I would have opened them long ago. You can be sure I'll be opening those things as soon as I get home! :D
