Jordan is the expert on Netfix and just as a sidebar I sold most of my position --I was lucky to get the pic from a 'natural' at growth stocks. ' The Call ' I call him and extend my thanks ! Top Rated @                            Raymond Private Wealth L L C.

I got out last week. Too much beta for me at my age : )

Me to Raymond, although I sold my position about four months ago. I really made out well but think it's a tad overvalued right now. You probably gained more than I did for waiting but I think it will level off a bit after the fantastic run its had. Good play Sir!

" On this winter solstice, we will witness jaw-dropping interventionist chutzpah as the FCC bypasses branches of our government in the dogged pursuit of needless and harmful regulation. The darkest day of the year may end up marking the beginning of a long winter's night for Internet freedom."   R. McDowell FCC Commisioner against the FCC action to bypass Congress and court rulings.

It was great fun, but the Nanny is gonna start ruining the net.

"For the first time, we'll have enforceable rules of the road to preserve Internet freedom and openness," FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski said before voting in favor of the rules.

The internets has already been ruined with the obnoxious corporate ads and commercials that plague every site these days. Screw the world wide web, give me the old days of gopher, ftp, nntp, and other quick protocols as I could get information with less annoyance.

Here is a letter from Wozniak regarding keeping the Internet free. This from a technical engineer rahter than a polititian.

Full letter can be found here.

Steve Wozniak to the FCC: Keep the Internet Free

http://www.theatlantic.com/technology/archive/2010/12/steve-wozniak-to-the-fcc-keep-the-internet-free/68294/

"I frequently speak to different types of audiences all over the country. When I'm asked my feeling on Net Neutrality I tell the open truth. When I was first asked to "sign on" with some good people interested in Net Neutrality my initial thought was that the economic system works better with tiered pricing for various customers. On the other hand, I'm a founder of the EFF and I care a lot about individuals and their own importance. Finally, the thought hit me that every time and in every way that the telecommunications careers have had power or control, we the people wind up getting screwed. Every audience that I speak this statement and phrase to bursts into applause."

"That's how the people think. They don't want this to encroach on their Internet freedom."
