"The Packard Conspiracy" is a great choice :)

Here's another one I just thought of... " Soap in sock"

Beware of BOB

BOBBOB

When I call out no one can hear me,when I whisper he thinks the message is for him only..my little voice inside my throat,I always think there must be something that I've done or something I can do...But no one no one comes to help,he says,a little girl like you...

The Packard Conspiracy is a great name, i like it. i have to say though, Uncle's Day at a Whorehouse cracked me up.

Er, would you like some lemonade? I also have some saltines and some apple butter. Or would you like to wash your hands?

Oh, man. The Yahoo headlines on the homepage herepulled a band named from TP:

Man from Another Place- "It would seem Edinburgh, Scotland's Daniel Hirst did indeed name himself after the creepy little person from Twin Peaks."

Has any other TV show had this kind of widespread effect on the music industry?

Star Trek and X-Files have spawned a hell of a lot.

Perhaps you should give up your instruments and go a cappella as:

                "Rapped in Plastic"

Costuming should be easy enough.

The Big Logs

Yellow Means Slow Down

Dead Prom Queens (aren't much fun)

Norma and The Piemen

The Pine Weasels

Daddy Dearest

Begins with "J"

Cuppa Joe and the 24 Hour Blend

nice to work 24 and the FWWM reference in

Owls in the Ponderosa

Deer Tick Exterminators (hold still)

Where's Chet?

The Log Laddies

And my own name for an all-computer programmer garage band doing covers of 60's pop tunes:

                                           The Wooley Booleans

I made it to, 'uncle's day at a whorehouse,' and cracked up.  Seriously, I liked 'shelly's revolver.'

What about:

The Blank Farts

Leo's New Boots(he needs them)

'Oh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of, uh, morons and half-wits...dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells...and you, Chowderhead Yokel, you blithering hayseed- you've had enough of me??'

I was thinking that The White Lodge would be a nice name for a musical solo act I had in mind for the future, but I think there's another artist (a band) who already uses that.

Other name suggestions:

  • The Great Northern
  • The Renault Brothers
  • Nadine's Drapes
  • Johnny Horne's Headdress
  • Leland Sings
  • Rosenfield
  • Blackie O'Rielly
  • Cooper's Ring
  • Pitch Gum
  • The Darkness of Future Past

Damn Fine Pies

Windham Cooper

The Men From Another Place

i dunno. Youll figure it out. But I came here to say that you MUST listen to "Winds Poem" by Mount Eerie. He grew up in Anacortes, WA, near where TP took place. His life has been bizzare and weird and TP played a huge role in the inspiration of that album. He even stated in an interview that for a while he lived in a 3-wall house, covered with a sheet of plastic like Leo's house.

When you listen to it, he even plays some Twin Peaks music...the inspiration is undeniable.
