Did you notice the is was mostly women that came to her defense? At a certain age, girls get sick of hearing one another referred to as dogs, butt-ugly and the like. Some things are more difficult than others to let slide. (The ones who take it are the ones who actually read those women's magazines that Cooped rightly mentioned)

So....how about that Twin Peaks? Was a great show, wasn't it? Wish there had been a third season; despite the downturn mid-2nd season, it picked up toward the end, hinting at real promise of a good, solid third season.

 Oh well, at least we got FWWM. A very powerful piece of cinema.
