1. Pete calling Harry

2. Coop driving into town

3. Nadine and those damn drapes

4. Donna and James in the woods. I know we would love have shot them ourselves but this was a vital scene to the story.

5. Andy crying

Honorable mention: Dr. Jacoby telling Coop and Harry that Laura was seeing him. Its kind of creepy the way the plays with his tie as he tells them.

"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this."  -Dale Cooper

1. Cooper Examines The Body. I love everything about this scene: The flickering light, the morgue attendant mishearing Cooper, Harry's bewilderment, Cooper's growing excitment. "Sheriff, we've got a lot to talk about."

2. The Roadhouse Fight/The Nightingale. One of my favorite songs from the whole series, playing over the mayhem. Mike yelling at Donna. Big Ed stepping in to break things up. "Lights out, Mr. Monkeywrench!"

3. Cooper Interrogates Bobby. This is when I really started to love Cooper. Him putting the hard press on Bobby even as he already knows Bobby's not the killer. "You didn't love her, anyway."

4. Bringing James To His Cell. The first time I saw this and Bobby and Mike start barking at James I was like, WTF?!? But it's just so strange and perfect. "When you least expect it..."

5. Cooper Proves He's A Badass. Lucy comes rushing in with the hot tip she just overheard from Mike and Bobby, only to find that Cooper is already three steps ahead of everyone else. Cooper zooms in on the videotape. Lucy and Harry's shocked expressions. "Looks like a Hog to me..."

Honorable mentions: The immortal line "She's dead...wrapped in plaaaaastic..." Cooper's first scene. Jacobi's first scene. The image of the plastic being drawn back from Laura's face. Josie applying lipstick. Ben Horne spitting into the fire. Leland identifying Laura's body. "It's happy hour in France..."

"What? Did your life pass before your eyes? Cuppa tea, cuppa tea, almost got shagged, cuppa tea..."
