Did you notice-

A brief cameo from Kyle MacLachlan(known for Showgirls, sex in the city and desperate housewives), blink and you'll miss it!

Lots of trees

The foghorn is actually the voice of Waldo- not seen until halfway through season 1...blink and you'll miss it!

I'm not sure if any other norwegians have mentioned this, but the translator offers a joke that isn't translated near the end of the scene with the meeting in the Great Northern conference room. After he translates Ben's "My airsacks have never felt so good", and the clerk tells Leland about the phone call waiting, the translator says in the background: "Det var godt at han ikke så buksene som han jogger i og", which means "it's a good thing he didn't see the pants he jogs in too".

 Excellent post!

*cue Booth post about the pants being a retroactive FWWM deleted scene reference to De Shit

"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this."  -Dale Cooper

Hah! I've always wondered what he actually said in that scene!

My dog barks some. Mentally you picture my dog, but I have not told you the type of dog which I have. Perhaps you even picture Toto, from "The Wizard of Oz." But I warn you, my dog is always with me. WOOF!

From the pilot to the last episode. One thing that I've always loved about Twin Peaks was its reciprocity and circularity. In the Double R Diner, Heidi, the waitress walks in late and says she's sorry, but the car wouldn't start. Shelly says, "What's the matter, Heidi? Too busy jump starting the old man?" (And that amazing laugh from her... (Heidi, that is... :)))

At the end, Heidi walks into the Double R and Shelly and Bobby look at one another and say, "Too busy jump starting the old man?" (Skip a beat...) and simultaneously say "AGAIN!?!" as though it just happened. LOVE that!
