All,

Have any of you been involved in writing and/or checking the entry for "Twin Peaks" in Wikipedia?

No, but I just went and had a look.  It's very comprehensive.  The best episode guide I have access to at the moment.  All my copies of Wrapped in Plastic are stored away, along with other TP collectibles.

EDIT: Okay, Amanda, I didn't know the Gazette had one. I've only been here since May, Thanks; that's very useful!

Even better. In fact, I daresay it's the best available on the internet.

Good for newbies, easy to navigate.  Wikipedia is an invaluable reference.  Is there a link to the Gazette on there?  It would be good advertising.

Yes, there is a link to this forum.  It's 2nd under "External Links."  Here are the others, including entries in Wikiquote:

It would be an awesome project to create a Twin Peaks related Wiki, like the Lostpedia or the Star Wars Wiki... I can imagine it, with entries to TP related subjects (possession, Lodges, owls,...), cultural references (Dugpas, "Vertigo", King Arthur,...) or really obscure entries (Tim & Tom's Taxidermy, Coach Wingate,...)

I wish I had more time in my hands...

I agree. A TwinWiki would be awesome. You wouldn't have to do it all alone, Gordon...that's why Wikis are so great!

There's a fantastic one I found for Star Trek last year. If we had a Peaks one like it, we'd be set. It is seriously the best Wiki I've ever seen. Sadistically comprehensive.

Apogee, I know... It's just that if some day a project like that is started I'll feel the need to contribute massively or else I'll feel frustrated.... And I don't have time for that...

Ok, maybe I exagerate, but I'd hate to see it incomplete, that's what I mean...

I suppose a Twin Peaks Wiki will not happen anytime soon, but look how amazing this Star Trek Wiki is!

Ah! I was going to post that as a point of reference the other day, but figured all it would do is invite personal insults. That is my number one resource for all things Trek. A lot of really hard work went into creating it. I couldn't ever see a Peaks wiki that would come close to that. The Peaks community is a lot less cohesive than the Trek community unfortunately.
