According to some recent news David has been working with John Neff again on the new Chrysta Bell album. I'm not sure if Mr. Neff visits these forums anymore but if he does, he could perhaps shed some light on this matter. It would be interesting to know if Lynch has a comment on this. My bet is Dave's either working on new material in secret (he had been doing IE for a long time before the news first broke) or if he isn't, then he's probably undecided and could work again if a good enough idea and opportunity presented themselves.

I liked IE very much but would be glad if Dave turned to HD instead of DV. And that's precisely what he has done here. Actually behind that link you will find one of the very few 1080p Lynch materials available out there!

This new piece tells something of Lynch's recent pursuits, and the man openly says he has no compelling idea for a new film. He finds the movie business off track lately, also. Lynch sounds the same as always, just forget the movie projects, sounds like, any time soon. And the calender flips on.

I think to myself, Lynch was a late convert to digitalis with IE. He gave it a shot and realized it just wasn't the same thing and realized he was fished out on movie ideas to boot ?

Indeed, Mr. Neff is a member here, but I don't know if he is around of late either. Great guy, and I agreed with his take on just about everything. Hopefully he is not around and is working with Mr. Lynch !!

Interesting to note that the reporter in above article said that DL was 'portly of frame'. That is something new. That and a Jersey Shore guy haircut.

WOW What happened?, that hair is not the LYNCH Original look. but to his own taste. whatevah. he's got a new club, wonder if he's gonna go back makin lamps, furniture like he did back awhile. also more art prints.
