Episode 27

All kinds of weirdness going on ( unlike all the other weirdness through out but anyway),

I mentioned how peoples hands were shaking in ep. # 27 (I think) in another thread and I noticed some interesting things. Maybe this is obvious to some, hopefully not boring, but being a total TP nerd, I got very excited about this. here goes.

OK. First we see random pie eating woman in the RR right hand begin twitching uncontrolabley. Camera moves behind her to Bobby and Shelly in a both working on her miss TP speech. They have a conversation about making things work between them. Bobby tells Shelly how important she is to her, they kiss and make up. Love is saved for the moment.

Next we see Audry racing down the run way w/ pete martell to stop jack from leaving. She is in tears, afraid that he's going to leave without a good bye , etc. They kiss and enter the plane to de-virgin-ize audrey. Pete begins to cry. Then Pete's right hand starts twitching. Love again is saved for the moment.

Then, Cooper is with Harry at the station, telling harry how he can't concentrate because he is thinking about Annie constantly. He seems to be half over joyed with his love feelings and half uncertain. Harry gets melacholic thinking about Josie. its an emotional moment for both men. then Cooper's right hand begins to twitch.

I believe it is at the end of episode 27, that Bob emerges from the black lodge in the circle of sicamore trees.....first thing we see, Bobs right hand emerge into the spot light twitching.

Some one had mentioned something about all this hand business being a sign that Bob was trying on potential hosts. But I also noticed this.

All three scenes involved 3 of the 4 potential "queens" (Queen Shelly, Queen Audrey, Queen Donna and Annie) Shelly, Annie, Audrey are all in love scenarios. Donna at this point is trying to figure out who her father is and is without James. Could it be that Bob was attracted to these love energies, or the potential broken heart scenario which would cause a lot of pain, and create fear in people who are afraid of loosing love from their life? Thus being attracted to these peoples potential fears? Bobby is afraid that he has pushed shelly away, Cooper is worried about getting close because of his past, audrey is just plain in love for the first time and he is leaving her?

If the love scenarios had turned toward break-up, could BOB have then fully possessed a new host?

I have other detailed obsessions that I will save for a separate post....

You are right!BOB is attracted by the love and the fear of Cooper,Audrey,Bobby and Shelly(Love and fear open the doors)Fear is BOB's food.And he caught Cooper in the lodge,because Cooper was not brave enough and was feeling love,and this made him weak,so BOB won!

Isn't it Coop the last one who's hand twitches? Even that lady in the diner---her hand twitched when she was holding the fork. I think she actually drops the fork...it's been a while since I saw 28-29.

I think they are all feeling Bob...or at least a sense of dread that something bad is about to happen. I am a firm believer that Bob has been after Coop since he was a kid. That it was Bob who killed Coop's mother with fear...came to him in his dreams *he and his mom had a dream about black birds covering the light/sun, shrouding them in darkness---which is why I think Coop doesn't like birds*...had something to do with Earle and Pittsburgh...and it was ultimately Bob that brought Coop to Twin Peaks.

OR...are their hands twitching because of a combination of two things...both feeling Bob, and when the doors to the lodges are going to be open? When Bob is going to be free from the Black Lodge. When we see his hand shaking and he says, "I'm out."

Also, the log lady's tattoo was burning...a warning.

Did donna's fear of loosing James, the one she loves, open the door to BOB???
