What a story, man! David Lynch must be a real freak  When I imagine a guy all of a sudden taking an ear out of his pocket... on the other hand it's quite like Ben taking out a carrot from his pocket and giving it to Billy Zane. Hard to say which pocket content is more unusual ;) Thanks for sharing. And anyway it does add to the rather obvious sense that the worlds of Blue Velvet and Twin Peaks are related. Familiar.

I certainly can imagine Lynch taking an ear out of his pocket... I don't know about you guys, but myself the more I see that Pilot screenshot the more I see the ear...

Sure, I saved many of them, mine and the ones done by others (the Olsen twins series, Eileen Hayward's "Fire Roll with Me" and other classics). I even have a "Dude, stop hating MD" one with you on it too...

Yes, I definitely see the ear as well! I'm very delighted by this discovery... Blue Velvet and Twin Peaks connection (besides the cast/crew). I seem as delighted as Cooper when bacon and maple syrup collide! lol

Yes, I kind of view Blue Velvet as a precursor to Twin Peaks. Maybe Jeffrey's detective work led him to be an FBI agent! Jeffrey and Dale seem very alike as well, except Jeffrey seems (logically) less experienced and more sensitive.
