Here is one that might have been covered before but...

...can anyone tell me how the breakdown of ideas, characters, scenes splits between Frost and DL? For example, this or that character (Wyndom Earl) - did the idea come from Frost or Lynch? We know about certain things coming from DL (Red Room dream, BOB, pie fixation, etc.) but can anyone say what came from Frost? I am not talking about who wrote the script, I mean ideas, characters, images etc. I guess so much of that was private and unwritten that it is hard to separate it out but can anyone shine some light on this?
