Who is, and what is the significance of the 'magic' boy in Twin Peaks Season 2: The Orchid's Curse? (I think he's in that episode).. he lives (or at least is visiting) with his grandmother next to Harold Smith... Thanks

He is played by David Lynch's son, Austin. He appears to serve a similar function to Billy Ray Cyrus in 'Mulholland Drive' in that he draws the audience's attention to the fact that nothing is what it seems.

Ohh, I see... That makes sense. I wasn't sure if he was supposed to be something like Bob or not.. but just David Lynch's weirdness
