Does anyone know where I can buy the framed picture that Mrs. Tremond gives Laura and says this will look nice on your wall in FWWM. I've been trying to find it for years now and only once came across one on ebay but was outbid at the last minute. If anyone has any ideas i'd appreciate it.

These used to be sold by a person who did merchandise for the festival a couple of years (2002-2003). All they basically did was take a screen capture of the picture from FWWM (I'm guessing from the frame where it's a closeup of Mrs. Tremond holding it) and trim it to just be the picture, and then had copies printed through one of any digital print places (Snapfish, Shutterfly, etc) and framed them up. None of them were made from the original prop. So my suggestion would be to do the same thing. It'll be much cheaper, and you can actually take the time to find a frame that matches the one in the movie. :)
