I wonder that since Josie Packard and Judy (FWWM) are twins (as has been mentioned) that perhaps in the never made Season 3 it would have been revealed that it wasn't Josie who died but actually Judy-recall that Josie disappeared for a while after the mill fire-perhaps she switched places. I suggest this since it seems that Judy had some connection with BOB and the others and he appeared with the MFAP at the time of her death. Just a thought..

funny how I (re re re re) read everything possible on Judy today and that on my last visit here before going to the pub, someone is still talking about her! I'm obsessed with her. and the whole Phillip Jeffries story. I spent my work hours drinking black coffee and watching that part over and over. it's so fucking perfect, it drives me mad. your theory is good. as (almost) every others out there. thing is, we'll never know because Lynch probably doesnt even know.
