As some of you may know, I posted a complaint here regarding the fest folks. I did so as a last resort, and tried not to make it personal. I was then contacted by Amanda, who asked for some information, and gave some explanation, and apologized for letting me slip through the cracks- even though she(IMO) was clearly not at fault. I really didn't expect my situation to be resolved; without going into too much detail, I had simply let it go too long. The last thing I expected at this point was for someone to read my post who was able to resolve it in any way. I was wrong. Amanda found my information, and shipped my order immediately. The incredibly considerate part: My order did not travel all by its lonesome. It was accompanied by some really cool swag to keep it company. Entirely unnecessary, Amanda. Thank you so, so much. I felt like I didn't matter, and you changed that. Thank you. So, that's the kind of people who are lurking around here. Be careful. You might come away amazed.
