I remember we discussed this years ago, but I don't know if someone knew for sure or there was consensus... Anyway, in episode 2 in the establishing shot of Big Ed's Gas Farm you can hear a guy (Ed's friend? Employee?) saying "Goodnight, Ed!"... Is that offscreen voice David Lynch's voice? Because I've always thought he sounds like him...
