G'day everyone, I posted a few times on the old board, I'm more of a reader and enjoy all the discussions.

Anyway, I was listening to the Wild at Heart soundtrack the other day when I came to Perdita by Rubber City, and as soon as the plucked bassline intro began, I knew where I had heard this song before.  I've also recently finished watching the American Gothic series on dvd and littered throughout the show is that same song, although it's a little different after the intro.

Did the American Gothic producers cover this song, use it with permission, or is it a famous tune that both Lynch, and AG covered?

Whatever, it's an awesome song.
