Do you think the show got 50/50 involvement from both parties?  Should it have been 100 percent Lynch or 100 Frost?  75/25 Lynch or 75/25 Frost?  Do you think they hit the nail on the head in compromising their artistic output to the show or do you think it was imbalanced?  Did this have an effect on the 2nd season?  How do you think the show could have better capitalized on these two talents in how much one had control?  More carefree and out there with Lynch or more structured with Frost?  Was their dynamic perfect as is or could it have been allocated more effectively?

What was the specific reason for lack of involvement in Season 2by DL?  Was Lynch gone to film Wild at Heart?  Was it promoting Wild at Heart?  Was it because he was the "it" thing of the moment and had his hand in so many pots he didn't have time?  I can't remember and get mixed up from so many rumors around this.  Can someone please refresh me and set the record straight on the lack of involvement from Lynch and the specific reason he abandoned his golden egg prior to the Season 2 finale?
