Hi everybody,

Any Hawk fans here? I wish he would have had more screen time, whatever he had to say, it was always interesting.

There aren't much photo's around, not even of Michael Horse. Does anyone have photo's or screencaps to share here?

 Thanks!

Michael Horse, is that you????

Just kidding. What's not to love about Hawk? He hits on Lana, he kicks Hank's crutch out from under him, and he sasses two of the most annoying people to enter the station: Gwen and Dick.

Hawk is one of my favorites though. He needs some attention here. :-)

I like Hawk. He's a pretty serene character (apart from when he's shooting people dead), but I find some of the stereotypical Native American sayings the writers put into his mouth slightly cringeworthy.

Nothing wrong with a little Native American wisdom, man.  I love the cheesy poem he wrote for the Brandice lady.

I still love Hawk's high-five outside the vet clinic!

Ben:  "We've laid in a gala reception for your fair-haired boys tonight.  All of Twin Peaks' best and brightest."

Jerry: "We're holding it in a phone booth?"

Yeah, what does he say about Denise's outfit?  "That's a good color for her."  Priceless!

yeah, some of the lines they gave him were a little cringeworthy, but overall Hawk is my favorite TP character and totally should've gotten more time on screen. Michael Horse was hot back in the day, no question. my favorite is the scene where Hawk meets Dick Tremayne. i love that look on Hawk's face, like, are you a caricature of a gay man or are you for real?

the only thing that annoys me is the hitting on Lana thing...

I've looked around for stuff on MH and haven't found much... there's michaelhorse.com, which focuses on the art he's doing nowadays. it seems he's quite the expert on native american history and art, i don't think he's got any degrees but i mean, does he need any? i think he pretty much likes to lie low, do his art and not give interviews, although i found one from a while back where he talked about being divorced four times...

Er, would you like some lemonade? I also have some saltines and some apple butter. Or would you like to wash your hands?

Thanks, I didn't like the Lana part either, but hey he's a man. And all TP men seemed under her spell. ;-)

I found some things about his art too, I like how he's aged.

Where did you find that interview about him being divorced 4 times? Was it online? I can't find anything about it... :-(

i freakin HATE Lana... so many other beautiful women in TP, and everyone in the sheriff's station has to fall all over themselves for this chick with a bad haircut and an even worse southern accent who describes braces as 'gleaming in the moonlight'? really????

i'll look for that article, but i found it only once and then never again... it was an interview with a californian newspaper from around 2000. it's hard to search for him because then you get all these results just from 'horse' and 99% have nothing to do with MH.

found interesting stuff here: http://lynchnet.com/tp/press.html

apparently he's a vietnam vet as well... really an amazing guy. you think he's aged well? i dunno...

Er, would you like some lemonade? I also have some saltines and some apple butter. Or would you like to wash your hands?

i thought i was the only one for a long time! so glad i'm not. i got really annoyed with how little love Hawk got in the series... he should've gotten more lines, more plot involvement.

I agree. More Hawk, less of useless characters like Lana.

Hawk's always been a very impactful and mysterious character to me.I too wish he had more screen time. And I love the fact that Cooper first learned about the Lodges from Hawk. The way he describes the legend always gives me goosebumps and the music that sounds as a background,as well,it makes the scene so beautiful, mysterious and fateful.

Michael Horse is an awesome actor! Have you seen him in "Passenger 57" ?He's impressive! He plays the bad guy there :)

Beware of BOB

When I call out no one can hear me,when I whisper he thinks the message is for him only..my little voice inside my throat,I always think there must be something that I've done or something I can do...But no one no one comes to help,he says,a little girl like you...

Oh yeah, Passenger 57 was awful, but Michael Horse frickin rocked in that. He was scary. He gave me goosebumps!

Hawk is the main character in my fan fic btw. He needed some more lines, so I gave him some. He really didn't get his due in the show.
