Any speculation on JH's news on the TP Archive, to be revealed on 26th re TP???? I know he's giving nothing away, but promises that it will be worth it...

I heard that they were starting filming of Season 3 with Pauly Shore, Corey Feldman, Mara Wilson, Emilio Estevez and Minnie Driver all in as-of-yet unconfirmed roles. Obviously i could be wrong...

a blu ray release? Great.....the Mini Disc of home film. Ah well, if that's the case, then i'm rather disappointed

You'd be disappointed with the Complete Twin Peaks on Blu-Ray!?
I'll be preordering a Blu-Ray Player if that's what it is! What if the FWWM Deleted Scenes are included? I'm guessing you'd change your stance then...

He hinted in the comments that Audrey's tape is somehow related to the news... As I posted there: Ben killing Maddy scene?

i just don't see Blu Ray as a big deal... and yeh if deleted scenes WERE finally in, i'd change my stance: but it wouldnt make me go out and buy a player/ps3, plus i'd be pretty pissed about having waited years for them on dvd, only to find out that my hardware was obsolete, especially for such a low key (relatively) film as FWWM. i would not be happy. The Lime Green fiasco was bad enough

As much as I want to believe it's the blu-ray release with FWWM & deleted scenes would that be the sort of info that's released through Jerry's blog? I don't in anyway mean that to belittle Jerry's frankly amazing work but it strikes me that that would be a fairly big story (although granted, it's not like your average person in the street will care about this). I hope I'm wrong, I absolutely love his site and it'd be a well deserved credit for all the work he puts in.

Considering the price of processing film vs. the tight budgets of series television, I'm pretty sure they just threw out the Ben murder footage. Just shooting one scene would have leaked from the set, but I doubt anyone would've been paranoid enough to justify spending even more hours to edit both versions. EDIT: Yeah, those pics are kind of spelling it out. Can't wait for the details.
