Remember that deer head trophy in Harry's office? We saw a good close up of it in ep.9... Well, in ep.19 in that stupid scene of Lana telling silly stories and all the guys listening to her in Harry's office the deer head, according to the script, was supposed to fall in the chair Andy was sitting just after he gets up and when Lucy slams the door. Obviously, we didn't see that, but check this screenshot from ep.20: 
The head isn't there anymore! So they actually shot that part of the head falling... I've never noticed the missing head and of course I don't know if it shows up in later episodes, I'm amazed that there's always something new to notice and to know about Peaks... This is "Did you notice" material, but I thought it deserved its own thread. Check this link to see an ep.9 screenshot from charles' intwinpeaks.com with the head still there...

Is that the same episode, or even the same scene? If so, great catch. If it's a continuity error, I really don't get how that could have happened. What reason did someone have to remove it? You mention that it fell in the actual shooting, but I haven't dug up much on trivia nor do I remember such dialogue about it.

The plot thickens! At the end of ep.20 they find in Harry's office the body of the late Mr. Powell (aka Kyle's brother aka Moving Corpse) and what can we see next to the chess board? 
Right! The head! So now I'm confused... This image suggests that Earle took out the head and put it there, but as we saw the head is missing BEFORE this scene and the explanation is in the ep.19 script. If the head fell when Lucy closed the door, where was it? On the floor and nobody noticed it until Earle did? We already had Leland's Folding Screen Mystery, now we have this one...

All I want is are the deleted scenes (ALL OF THEM) from FWWM, and I want to be able to watch the movie with them inserted appropriatly. Not just as extras.

I do admire you for finding new things so many years after TP ended, even if I can't get too excited about this particular discussion.

Check this thread the following days to see if the deer head shows up after episode 20... Garbage info you never wanted to know about Peaks right here on the Gazette!
