Don't know if this has been posted before...didnt see from my search This is so indescripably awesome. A show that could not be more inappropriate for children being parodied on a childrens show. And the humor is so sophisticated, only a fan of the show would get it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vftf8TTve4s

That was a nice little segment. Like you said, I can't believe a show like Twin Peaks was referenced in children programming. I grinned when Cookie Monster said "Diane..." and darn fine. The birds with twin beaks was unfunny, though, but it was redeemed by the talking log.

Wow. Thats like asking what else has Star Wars been referenced in?
TP refrences can be obvious, subtle, or just distantly obscure. I know the Simpsons spoofed it, I know alot got inspiration from TP...I am afraid to even go down that hole unless it was to contribute to an already established list

Northern Exposure did a weird little Peaks homage in its first or second season: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67p0PUD0GaY
