I've been following Lynch's career for a long time.  I never seen or heard any evidence to support this theory, whatsoever.  I've never done coke myself, but had a few friends who dabbled in it in the late 80's and early 90's.  From watching them and seeing how they acted when they were hyped up, I can tell when someone has a coke habit.
