Yep, pretty subtle, though -- probably wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't been looking specifically for something.

Spoiler: [ not quite halfway through, a little Red Room near the center, behind the seated audience. ]

You're right, when I looked more closely, mine was an optical illusion created by repetitions of some object with the same color palette as the scene I "saw".  I'm convinced yours is a direct lift, though.
