Jerry Horne has reported on tp Archive and Dugpa forum that the original soundtrack , and season 2 and more are both out of print; also pointing out the looming 20th TP anniversary...should we be exicted at a 'complete' soundtrack, as implied? vaguely vaguely implied, with a bit of wishful thinking... is there anything to this? Have we 'peakies' (lullzzzzz) come to a point of clutching at phantom straws that were just a trick of the light to begin with..?

There cannot be much left to reveal about the series, the most that we can all hope for is a more comprehensive release of music...and that's it. does the lack of the two 'series' soundtracks hint at the oncoming onslaught of the long awaited Double R music, Americana, MT Wentz Twin Peaks theme variation, REMEMBRANCES...? or is it time to stop hoping, to stop dreaming

I find this interesting really. Why would a soundtrack that is only a year and a half old (and a good seller at that - I've kept an eye on the sales rankings) be unavailable to purchase new at Amazon? With Lynch back in the U.S. and the 20th anniversary on the horizon... Well, it's enough to get my hopes up a little. It's just been pointed out to me that it's still listed as available at the Ryko distribution site. However, that does not change the fact that you cannot, at this time, purchase either new at Amazon.

Mostly I like the simple pleasures in life (like butter in my ass and lollipops in my mouth) However, if they release a complete soundtrack box set to Twin Peaks, I may just look for the nearest TM recruiting station and enlist in hopes getting near the man to kiss his lilly white cheeks.
