These guys went on location to shoot their fan film:

one suave folk, this might be a good place to plug your plays or Flappy film. (OSF is a writer/actor.)

I think the future of TP, as with most dead projects, has always been in fan fiction, since a faithful Twin Peaks recreation would require a massive budget, and falling short of that goal is just too depressing.

I agree, a Twin Peaks fan film would cost quiet a fortune... but since Star Wars or Star Trek fans find their way to do it, I was curious to know if there were some TP fan film out there. I've seen "Twin Bricks", but it's mostly a pastiche. I saw some time ago a short-film that seemed to replay the red room (there was the red curtains, a sad blonde girl, the strange lightning), but I don't remember the name.

I wrote/narrated a 14 minute mockumentary, Flappy: Behind The Music in The Air (adapted/directed by Matt Levinthal). It's about the tragic rise & fall of the bird in the opening of the credits. It's been played in several indie theaters in Seattle, most significantly for the Twin Peaks Fest at Seattle Art Museum.  I also wrote a TP:Live sequel trilogy, which has been read twice at the TP Fest over the years, & staged in Seattle during the mid-latter '90s. It was well reviewed in Wrapped in Plastic.

Hey, Are those fan films on line or available anywhere? I'd like to watch that mockumentary... and the other ones. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one interested.

When my director finally gets some Flappy copies to me, I'll make them available...
