At the start of Inland Empire, during the spinning record part, does the announcer stay "Axion n'....etc? Is that right? This appears written in chalk in the alley way behind the marketplace later on. Any theories?

Also, have there been other posts detailing the various meanings of the movie?

Thanks.

Welcome to the board! No, we haven't really had too many lively discussions about IE here other than debates over whether it can be discussed, like this one:

John Neff posted this here back in 06;

"axxon.n was a series that was going to 'air' on dl.com, but never saw the light of day. David wanted to do a thing about a girl in trouble in 'The Valley', but when we came down to shooting it, it was a thing with Laura Dern that is now becoming 'INLAND EMPIRE'."
