Oh, fiddlesticks!  The Red Room floor is the inserts, not the sole!

EDIT - in backwards speech "You can't have his sole!"

Yeah, still way more than they're actually worth. Honestly. Those shoes are f'ing ugly. Hell no I'm not paying $104 + whatever to get them. I'll wait until the stores put them on clearance to move them out if I feel like adding them to my paraphernalia collection.

I'd buy them for like $70 at a local store 'cause they are black and let's face it because they are TP related. Otherwise...

For a nice clearance price I'd by two pairs- one for show and one for go.

Agreed (though I'd only get one pair...I wouldn't wear these). I wonder what prompted Nike to make these shoes? I mean, I love TP as much as the next TP fan, but how high were the designers when they came up with this idea? It's just so random...nobody has given two shits about TP since the early 90's and suddenly a major shoe company is all like "We want to honor Twin Peaks!" It's just terribly odd. :)

Hey man check these numbers out, can you believe these people shelling out large amounts of cash just to own a full collection of postcards that are just glorified screenshots?

Oh my god. Please tell me these aren't part of the "Fallen Heroes" Nike SkateBoarding Line... which also includes Milli Vanilli, Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer, Pee Wee Herman, U2, Guns n Roses, Terminator, Ferris Bueller, Star Wars, etc. What a shameful lineup!

Yeah, the "hero" part is pretty questionable.

Now we know what brand the "ungodly shoes" were in that classic Create-A-Caption pic of BOB walking over the Haywards' furniture...

The whole postcard thing still baffles me.  What would I do with a freakin' picture?

These shoes are for the Twin Peaks psycho in you.

Apparently Twin Peaks is in again. My husband works for a clothing company and he´s supposed to make TP inspired prints on the t-shirts. He also showed me a clip (or was it pictures??) from a fashion show that had been decorated to look just like the Black Lodge. It actually looked very cool. But I´m not keen on those shoes. And I reckon the zig zagged pattern looks absolutely horrific!!!! They should have kept it more simple instead of throwing all sort of TPish things on it. If they have only used the green thread... or only the owl that MIGHT have worked.

Wow!

First of all can't believe I missed this post and commented on the other.

And while I must admit, these OBVIOUSLY aren't going to appeal to the majority of Twin Peaks fans here. You'd be very surprised how younger generations all over the world have since enjoyed the series.

I'd also like to add that I actually collect sneakers, and as I have posted previously, will be looking to add these to the collection.

That said I'd probably but that TP Lego set I've been seeing on the boards if it were available.

"Great. Maybe after the square dance we can all take a hay-ride."
