haha i just noticed while watchin fwwm again...when carl goes to grab the keys for teresas trailer, chet and stanley react as though he is going to grab a shotgun, haha! well, i never noticed before, and i found it funny!

I noticed the same thing for the first time when I last watched FWWM in August and noted it in my post on the Did You Notice FWWM thread on page 2. It was very funny.

FWWM is often called humorless, but it does have some funny moments, including Albert's line about "half the high-school girls in America!"

Both of these moments are a dark or bitter kind of humour, though - sour, troubling humour. Neither of these moments are ones that would make you laugh much, although I bet there are a few that might in the film.

ah, sorry coolspringsj! Another thing that always makes me smile is Carls moaning... "that just means there's more s*it i gotta do now!!" haha harry dean stantons face there is priceless

Hehe, I was about to post the same thing. The despair on Stanton's face is just palpable in that scene.
