I just had a random thought. If Windom Earle was working with Cooper in Philadelphia would have it been fitting if Windom Earle was with Cooper in FWWM during Jeffries' speech? It would add to his character when re-watching season 2. Seeing him as an FBI agent and not just some madman in the woods. Any input?

Earle was institutionalized before that event with Jeffries... If I'm not wrong he kills Caroline in 1985 (doesn't Coop mention it happening 4 years ago?) and is inmediately "retired", and Jeffries appears in Philadelphia after Teresa Banks is murdered...
