DOn't know id this has been mentioned here before but last night I just happened to catch a bit of the show "Ghost Whisperer", and who should appear on screen than a white-haired Harold Smith (forgive me, I can't remeber the actor's name at the moment....Lenny something?). He looked great and did a great job despite his small role. Such a shame so many Peaks actors got shafted ....so much talent! BTW, I think Harold was a fantastic character and I wish he could have stuck around. He knew so much about Laura...

Please forgive my terrible typos...I am in a race against time against my computer's fan which isn't working and causes the computer to overheat quickly and shut off!

I agree completely about his character in TP. Harold is in my top 3 characters in the show. I can't comment on his appearance in Ghost Whisperer though, i've never seen the show. Sorry! White hair though? Creepy.

I love Harold too. I commented in another thread recently, how when you first watch TP he is really menacing and then second time round he's still great after you know he doesn't harm anyone, because you realise how exploited he was by Donna and co.

He's really aged well. Apart from the white hair, he really hasn't changed that much at all.

Lenny Von Dohlen. I saw him the other night in a movie called "Teeth". Horrible movie, besides seeing Harold, and the brother's sweet mutton chops.
When the Tacoma Sperm Bank was looking for donors, naturally I applied. It's my civic duty and I like whales. A routine physical examination revealed that I'm sterile. Sure I thought it meant that I didn't have to take a bath, but the doctors told me the truth. They told me I can't have babies. So what I wanna know now is why are you having one and how?

I actually loved his character, but boy he was a wuss. I have a hard time seeing him being such a ladies man being a hermit in his apartment and reading diary entries.
"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this." -Dale Cooper
