Sorry about my last thread. Man, that was more like a Twin Peaks episode than anything.... Okay, here's my question.... Have any of you had any strange, almost supernatural moments that made you think of Twin Peaks? I just had one! Here's my story... Me and my mom just got the Scene It TV Edition DVD board game in the mail, and I thought the Twin Peaks content would just not be there. Little did I know that when I rolled the dice and got my first All Play, it would be a Twin Peaks question! Needless to say, I nailed it. But that's not all! After the game I searched through the question cards to find some goodness, and the first question on the first card that came up was: "What show featured a one-armed man, the Log Lady, and a midget in a red room?" We all know what the answer was, right? Now, it's your turn! Post away! (Man, I'm never going to relive that last thread.)

Well, glad you pulled through. Here's one: My first time watching the series through, I took a break after BOB left Leland's body and went to the mall for a cinnamon roll. (Every time I bought a Twin Peaks videotape it was at the mall, and the cinnamon roll thing became a habit. Like a substitute for donuts and coffee. Whenever November rolls around, i want Twin Peaks and a cinnamon roll.) So, anyway. I found myself at the poster store, Off the Wall, and a poster caught my eye: a simple perspective shot of a green tree-lined, dirt road. No artist credit. I just liked it. It looked Peaksy. When I got home, I hung it on my wall and went back to the show. What's the opening scene after the credits?
An identical looking shot to the poster.

My first encounter with the Twin peaks - show was kinda weird. This is some years ago but I remember one late night i was going through the channels with my remote control, and i came over a surrealistic scene with a guy in a suit running around in a room with red curtains and all these things happening....and the episode ended with the guy smashing his head in the mirror and saying "how's annie?!" and i remember thinking this was kinda interesting and made up my mind to to watch the next episode of this show to see what would happen........ but it never came...
This is a sentence and you are reading it now.

The first thing I ever saw of Twin Peaks, was the closing "How's Annie!" scene where Cooper smashes his head into the mirror. However, I saw this when I was quite young, years before I started watching TP recently, it must have been on a Scariest Moments TV Show or something. It never affected my watching of the show though because I only remembered having seen it as the scene came on again so it gave a really weird feeling that I'd seen it before. I suppose it's testament to how great, or shocking the scene is that I remembered it completely cut off from the rest of TP and when I was quite young.
