In the scene when Maddy has a vision in the rug, does she see BOB or is it the other version when she sees the bood? Thanks

The latter. No superimposed Bob face, and I'm pretty sure that's true for all regions.

Correct. She does not see Bob (or the cheesy effect :) ). The set is true to the US broadcast version of the show.
