During our last few viewings of Twin Peaks, we have found ourselves more and more aware of the attire. Is there a character whose wardrobe you particularly enjoy, or relate to the best?

I have to say, Big Ed's look in One-Eyed Jack's is pretty snazzy, but I fear I might not be able to pull it off...

These woods are lovely, dark and deep...

The porno 'stache makes it.

But the correct answer for this question is "Audrey".

EDIT: Not that I relate to sweater sets and high heels, but, you know...

Well, I probably relate to BOB the most, there was a point where I couldn't go out without my denim jacket. Plus I wore a black shirt and blue jeans. Pretty generic.

Denim Jeans and Jacket: Bob was quite the metrosexual indeed

Coop, about the uniform. Replacing the quiet elegance of the dark suit and tie with the casual indifference of these muted earth tones is a form of fashion suicide. Call me crazy. But on you, it works.

As I 'mature' I'm trying to dress a little less like Jacoby.

Sheriff Harry S Truman. I love that look. I'm not sure he could've pulled it off in a metropolitan big city setting, but in Twin Peaks, it WORKS.

I really like this description of him from The AV Club:

Poor Harold Smith: As played by Lenny Von Dohlen he’s the ultimate pin-up for agoraphobia fetishists, a caring, romantic, handsome, wounded man who always has time to listen and knows his way around a garden. ... He could be the cover boy for Sexy Shut-In magazine, if such a thing existed. ... He’s as uncreepy as a creepy character can be...

"Sexy Shut-In Magazine" sounds like something from "Life in Hell". Groening had the idea for "Annoying Performance Artist Magazine" (with articles on which ant species tastes best) and "Young Codger Magazine" (how to look smart with pipe and slippers). Good stuff.
