I know how the Lodge spirits liked to get involved in events up in Deer Meadow as well. Just wandering how far those Twin Peaks woods stretch into the surrounding areas. I bet other small communities around there as well have been affected by the Lodge spirits.
"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this." -Dale Cooper

Coop says Teresa was killed in the southwest part of the state. Twin Peaks is in the northeast so... I bet Lodge spirits have not very conventional means of travelling. Eleeeeeectriiiiiicityyyy?

The electrical hum sounds just like the little man's whooping sound, so that might be the case. My guess is that the Tremonds/Chalfonts just followed Bob to Deer Meadow, and that's why they're there. It doesn't seem like they need to adhere to the laws of physics either (like Bob and Mike have to; at least it seems so). Note how quickly they move after giving the picture to Laura. So maybe they just teleport there or something.

Oops, forgot about the electricity! Deer Meadow is such an interesting and sinister place. I want to hear more about it (even through fanfic at this point). Deer Meadow the spinoff series!

Carl Rodd, Jack and Irene as the only recurring characters. Every episode would end with some funny guy singing Goodnight Irene; Irene promptly bites off one of his fingers; blood everywhere; Jack says "I told you there was nothing good about it. Kids..."; roll credits.

And what about the Deer Meadow Christmas Special? They won't have one...

I envision a nice Halloween special episode, though. In a celebratory, yet moody episode the curious woman goes trick-or-treatin'.

one sauve, that cat was freakin hilarious! He and Jack could be the heroes of the tale and enter the Lodge and destroy Bob And the prequel film would be Sheriff Cable-Gone Off in a World Filled with Stuff

Oh Deer Meadow isn't as far from Twin Peaks as you may think. It's Twin Peaks' doppelganger. How everyone appears unsavory but they turn out to be genuinely nice and accommodating people (well except for the law, but that proves my point); Carl Rodd is a perfect example. He's like Ben Horne with a terrible version of the Great Northern. Instead of appearing professional but really conspiring, Carl Rodd appears to be horrible but is kind and wise. Great ideas for Fire Walk With Me, I love the film.
