I remember an unnamed moustached deputy that shows up sometimes... And some of the Bookhouse Boys seem to collaborate with them too, we saw Cappy assisting Mj. Briggs and Coop in their research of the Dugpas and Project Blue Book... EDIT: There is another deputy, Fred, whose gun Jacques took before Andy shot him. I don't know if that's the moustached one...
