Does anybody know where and when these pics were taken? I'm just curious:)

Judging by those present, I'm gonna guess that it was at the premiere of FWWM

Yep, those pics are definitely from the FWWM premiere in North Bend, WA. It was the studio sponsored event that spawned the Twin Peaks Fest the next year.
