How come I haven't heard anything about a Gold Edition review?  It's only a week away!  At this point in the Season 2 set's release Jordan and others already had their copies and were furiously writing reviews.  What gives?  I hope this doesn't suggest they might push the date back...?  Oh, perish the thought!

If anyone hears about a review, please post a link below!  I'm getting pretty ridiculously anxious about the relesse.

I'm excited about the special features and the remastering of the pilot.  So yeah, I think there is reason.  JERK!  :)

PsychoAU unconscious for an indefinite period of time? Do I dare to dream?

I'm with you on this one, it doesn't interest me at all. Although I can see why a lot of people on here are anticipating its release.

I'm guessing you haven't waited half your life for the bonus material? I can understand why people are indifferent to the Gold Box - you have the episodes, you know who killed Laura Palmer - but make no mistake, there's a lot for hardcore fans to get excited about. The Gold Box is going to make a lot of people happy, and it looks like the team who put it together have done a fantastic job, even if they do have appalling taste in packaging

If and when the Fire Walk With Me deleted scenes are released there'll be people who'll be indifferent to those too but anyone who gets between me and that DVD will be trampled to death.

Geoff - I've been trying to get a hold of a preview copy but have had no luck so far. We had the Season 2 preview copy by now, but doesn't look like Paramount is doing it this time around or they are ignoring little 'ol me :) . I really don't know why.

It's so late in the game, that i've gone ahead and ordered my copy and getting it overnighted from Amazon so at least i can get some pictures up for those who won't get it for a few days after.

Jordan .

Video Business Mini Review

It's not exactly what you're looking for, because it's so small, but hey, it's something. :)

I was able to pick up on in New York (another poster tipped me off)  -it looks pretty good.  Will watch the extras soon and get back.

Well, I would like to read reviews of the deleted scenes and the commercials. Otherwise I am pretty negative about all this - it's exploitation after so many of us bought the first release of the dvds so recently.
