Not seen it anywhere and apologies if it's already been asked, but does anyone know if there are plans for a region two sale of the Gold boxset?

It's being discussed in the main thread too: http://www.2000revue.com/community/topic.cfm?topicid=3113 From what I can gather of information, the extras are identical with the US set. It also seems there will be different sets for different parts of R2. The Scandinavian set will not contain non-English language dubs, for instance (thank God; I don't want to hear Coop's German ever again, not even by accidentally pressing the soundtrack button on my player).
