I put this on the Lynch in the theater thread, but wanted to make sure it was visiible to all in case anyone regulars or secret lurkers or guests would want to take advatage of this film festival currently going on now through the beginning of August 1st. Needless to say, I will be attending a lot these especially LH and MD...

Hi there, I mentioned on another post that I did indeed go to see The Straight Story and it was very good on the big screen. I will be going this evening to see Lost Highway and I'm a little excited, the sound system should do the sound design justice for being a smaller theater...I'm not sure how big the other rooms are, because every time I've been there the films have been shown in the one room and it is medium sized, but hey they sell booze so that ain't all bad...due to my work schedule I won't be going back until next week...probably a matinee of the Elephant Man on Sunday and the last show, Mulholland Drive on Wednesday...
