Seems to me like a pretty insane schedule. It's more doable to halve the number of eps each night and watch over 8 evenings. Four is probably the maximum number of hours I think you can expect most people to be able to sit through. I've been screening the series with some friends of mine. We have done them as follows: WEEK 01: Pilot WEEK 02: 1-2 WEEK 03: 3-5 WEEK 04: 6-7 WEEK 05: 8 WEEK 06: 9-11 WEEK 07: 12-14 WEEK 08: 15-17 WEEK 09: 18-21 WEEK 10: 22-25 WEEK 11: 26-29 WEEK 12: FWWM As you can see, we started out at a much slower pace. It was during the school year and people had more on their plates. We started season 2 in May after graduationa nd have built up to 3 and now finally 4 episodes a night. we finish the series (week 11) this wednesday. FWWM is next week. I had some doubts we'd get done, but it has worked out pretty well. All in all, I've inducted 8 newcommers to the TP universe. Oh, the pride!

As for watching Geoff's way seems much better to me. But the division put forward by JVS Cant looks very reasonable to me. I suppose this is the actual way I am thinking of the structure of Twin Peaks. However what Gordon said QUOTE:Season 2 may begin in ep.8, but *MY* season 2 begins in ep.17 after Coop says "I'm really gonna miss this place"... |
doesn't fit this structure. IMO after Ep.8 the series changes completely, the difference has never been that striking.
