I'm almost done with this, I'm currently examining ep.29 for useless things, details, etc. and of course I'll do FWWM next. I'll post the threads in a regular basis... Now into the worst eps., 19 to 22...

-         Is Lana screaming….or laughing?
-         The strap of Bobby’s bag is trapped in the door knob, this looks accidental but is actually in the script.
-         The text next to the picture of Dead Dog Farm is uninteligible but we can see the property has 4 acres and is dated from the 20s.
-         The “murder weapon” used by Lana against Doug is Chris Gerrity’s “My Secret Life”, a fictional book. Gerrity is actually an assistant director who worked in several eps., including this one.
-         It seems the Steeplejacks, the local basketball team, is going to play against a team called the Warriors. Check the signs against that team when Nadine fights Mike. Ex: “The Warriors can’t reach the peak”.
-         There’s also a sign reading “Mike Nelson is the best”. Yeah, sure.
-         Donna gets a Seventeen magazine from her locker.
-         In the school hallway where Donna and Mike discuss Nadine you can see some of the extras messing the scene looking at the actors and the camera; there is an extra, though, that stays perfectly in character, a guy who looks like he’s searching for his classroom.
-         The moon in the establishing shot of the Marsh residence (it’s daylight).
-         Geometrical ornaments in James’ room at the Marshes. This are also seen in Ben's office.
-         Outside Dead Dog Farm we can see a horse swing and a little indian figure next to the door. Inside notice the burned drapes.
-         Dick and Little Nicky being dressed alike.
-         Colonel Reiley’s map is not from Twin Peaks or even Washington. It’s actually a map of the Cachuma Recreation Area near Santa Barbara, California.
-         Ben whistling “Dixieland” offscreen after Audrey finishes spying him and Bobby.

-         In the Pilot Coop said he wanted (among other things) a TV in his room. We can see it when Audrey enters.

most of those scenes I don't even remember! not to mention the little details you are focusing on...

It's THE worst episode actually, isn't it?

Indeed it is, or they are (19 to 22). When I saw the "Mike Nelson is the best" sign I thought about you, I know you love the Snake very much...

Wonder when Donna got around to dumping Mike? She's pretty cool and offhanded to him in the hall. "I got beat up by a girl." "What'd you do to her?"  "Pretend you're my girlfriend." "I'm not that good of an actress."

I would be, too. He was a total d*ck to her in the pilot. But in the diary, Laura says Donna got all dopey when she told her she was going to go "all the way" with Mike.  Maybe going hooking with Laura did change her attitude after all...

I love that is Lara Flynn Boyle who says that... I don't exactly appreciate Lara's acting talents...

Drug dealing high school quarterback punk Bobby is much more interesting than wannabe blackmailing businessman Bobby.

A flip of a coin (fate? destiny?) gets Cooper to Dead Dog Farm.

Talk about random - Molly Shannon appearing in a very small, yet non-comedic role.

TP High School has some very un-PC banners hung in the gym for their next opponent the Warriors.

Mike's character has gone from being an absolute jerk in the Pilot to a laid back friend to Donna.

Introduction of one of the least talked about characters - Malcolm

When it first aired, they played creepy music when Cooper flipped the coin and it landed on the Dead Dog Farm picture and also when they drive up to this home .  I actually believed it was gonna be a more important location related to BOB somehow.

Not that anyone cares (myself included), but where in the heck were the writers planning on going with the Little Nicky storyline (telepathic killer?) and Lana (witch?) ? Were both cursed?

Was the military's knowledge of the White Lodge going to come into play in Season 3?

I know the Ben Horne Civil War storyline gets bashed, but I actually think the Civil War miniatures battle re-creation looks really cool.

Andy's thought bubble of Little Nicky the devil is the worst moment in Twin Peaks period.

Does the Major literally appear out of thin air at the Briggs home? I know the Lodges bend space and time.  Why is Major Briggs wearing a WWI or II aviation outfit?

"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this."  -Dale Cooper
