Hi guys! I just wanted to post a link to an exciting update on the fate of the building where they shot the exteriors of the Roadhouse.

Once on the page, just scroll down to the "update" part.

That had occurred to me. Strange, but it definitely wasn't there when I went in late February '07. I scoured that building for any signs as to what might become of it and found nothing. So, that means the application was posted in the window no more than two months ago. Hey, aren't you the Twin Peaks Festival tour guide or something? Maybe this could be a good project for you if you're going to out there this year --to find out what's happening with this location, the validity of the liquor license , etc...

Back in 2000, we had the chance to go inside the Timberline. They were temporarily closed due to plumbing problems or something. Anyway, the owners at the time (and the name Jeff sounds familiar) told us about the ghosts that would walk up and down the balcony area of the Timberline. If I remember right, he told us that one office in particular has this very strange feeling in it. He told us a couple of stories but I just don't remember.

The deer in the picture is now hanging up in our garage. They told us that the deer head was up in the Timberline when TP was filmed there, but that it didn't make it in any shot on the pilot.

Fascinating! A work of fiction imitating life.

So according to this Jeff there are "owls in the 'real' Roadhouse"!
