Dreams are a common occurance in Lynch films, so i figured we would talk about some of our dreams.

Last night I had one that was slightly Twin Peaks related.

i was at a mall, it wasnt brightly lit. I remember my aunt being there (I saw her yesterday so that could be why), but i can't really remember who else was with me besides one other friend. Anyways My friend told me he got taco bell there and I love me some Taco Bell but all there was was a Taco Johns (is this nationwide?) and another mexican place. I went to the other mexican place but they were idiots and could never rememeber what I ordered. So i go into this tiny little room next to it and its like 3 of us, all people I knew but can't remember who, and a teacher. I recognized the teacher but it never dawned on me who it was. I do not recall what we mostly talked about, self defense sorta comes to mind but i'm not positive. After a bit I go check on my food ... they still didnt remember. So I go back to the class and i started talking about Twin Peaks and how its the best show ever. And The techer agrees and thats when It hit me who it was, Kyle MacLachlan, but he had grayish, white hair. It was him the whole time Kyle MacLachlan, I remeber that but it didnt come to me that it was actually him, if that makes sense. As soon as he agreed about Twin Peaks and i recognized him, I was like "holy crap!" and I gave him a hug(thats weird, a dude giving another dude a hug) and started telling people that he was Agent Cooper from Twin Peaks.

That's all i remember about that one.  i wonder since I saw Coop aged if I'm going to die like Laura?

Here's one I had a month or two ago, I wrote it down awhile back because it was so bizarre.

"I was in like a lodge type room, long tables and whatnot. 5 people or so and there was this huge mutated head at the end , i think he was in the sink. This head was sort of squishy and he pissed me off somehow because i kept punching it and my hand would sink in it, like one of those pillows with the little soft round things in them, not the fluffy kind.

this head had mind controls and peoples eyes would turn red and white stripes but in a circle pattern, if that makes sense.

I think it was a cat he controlled to attck me, but i caught it and pinned it down by the throat and was going to walk back to the head to punch it (he was across the whole room) but my vision started to go red and knew he was trying to control me. So i closed my eyes to block it and then started to make my way to him. As I was almost there somewhere hit me with a glass, not throw it, hit me with it. It knocked me to the floor in pain and then they hit me in the hip with it which was some seriosuly intense pain that had me on the ground doubled over.

I believe it was Justin Harsch who hit me, but not positive. Then there was a girl ive went to school with since jr high, Alicia Hiatt (shit, i can't remember how to spell her name correctly anymore) who was making fun of me for being such a wuss so I started to hit her with the glass to show her how much it hurt, and then i felt imediate remorse and hugged her tight.

the whole time, my left hip hurt real bad even though it was my right hip that was hit, I could feel the pain in the dream prtty realisticly.

I had this dream before I got back into Twin Peaks, before season 2 came out.

 

Dreams is a very interesting topic to speak about.It is proved long ago that one of the functions of dreaming is a kind of "night entertainment"for the brain.It seems my brain "likes"long movies:I see the same dreams for many years..

They are not the exact repetition,but it is about the same city I have never been in my life and the people I have never met.Im getting to know each time more and more about this place and can clearly see some people who live there:a young woman with red hair,a man who is good at skiing with grey eyes as I saw him on the ski slopes once...I know many streets,some bus stops...It is a place where there is snow in winter,last year I saw it all white...

At first it was a bit strange but with years I got used to it,although my family and friends dont like this topic,they find this frightening..I think it is not frightening at all and for sure there must be a simple explanation of these dreams. So as you see I really have "a night movie"from time to time!

I've dreamed of Kyle MacLachlan many times (mostly as Agent Cooper) .The greatest dream I had with him is how he slowly came to me,kissed me ,looked at my eyes and touched my hair ,everything was so beautiful till he said :"Annie?" and I said : " No,Dale,it's me...I'm Iva..." but he was very confused,just like in the black lodge...

When I woke up,I was mad and jealous of Annie But still remember that kiss...Man,now I can say I've kissed one of the most desired men - Kyle ;)

Beware of BOB

When I call out no one can hear me,when I whisper he thinks the message is for him only..my little voice inside my throat,I always think there must be something that I've done or something I can do...But no one no one comes to help,he says,a little girl like you...

I had a lucid dream last night.  If you ever seen the movie Waking Life you will get more of what I'm talking about.

I don't remember how it started out really, but I do know it was at my apartment (i dont live in an apartment in real life). Mostly I remember people walking around and then I walk to the table and was walking towards a black item on it.  I could already tell this dream was different so when i approached the black item that had not yet take form, I said it would be a stapler when i picked it up. And sure enough it was.  Thats when I knew what kind of dream i was having. So I go to the lightswitch and starting flicking it on and off, mnothing happened.  I looked at my friend, knowing he's seen waking life too, and just said "dude" as i kept flipping the switch.  He said he was going to try something and walks off.  To further conince myself I was having a lucid dream I walked over to a digital clock and it did not make sense.  Thats when I woke up.
