Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere (I haven't managed to see IE yet so I haven't been reading many IE topics to avoid spoilers), but Amazon are giving a UK release date of 2nd July 2007.
Not many other details listed yet (no mention of extras), but it does describe it as a 2-disc set. I know that details on Amazon are liable to be inaccurate for pre-releases, but here's hoping for a nice disc of extras!
