Another one... I have more time now so hopefully I'll post these threads more often. A path is formed etc. etc. - The singers behind Albert and Coop. Very obvious, but they deserve a mention… If we look closely we’ll see that they are all smoking.
- The table where Albert and Coop are is fillled with food. Why if only they are having breakfast?
- Newspapers everywhere at the Tremonds house.
- Car wheels outside Harold’s house. Why if he doesn’t go anywhere?
- Why they show a sketch of Leo instead of a photograph? We see a huge and very clear one in a later episode…
- A football award in Harry’s desk. According to the Access Guide to the Town he was the captain of the football team in high school.
- Hank’s signature is: H.
- Ben has his feet (without shoes and the same socks he's seen wearing in other eps.) on the table when he phones Einar.
- An unknown person phones Lucy and we never find out who he/she is.
- Sodas in the table while James and the girls sing “Just You and I”. The script mentions that Maddy brought the sodas (deleted scene?).
- The owl overimposed on BOB’s face blinks. Can't believe I didn't notice this before...

It's really very strange that they show to Ronette a sketch of Leo instead of a photograph... maybe Cooper did it on purpose to be sure that Ronette would recognize him correct... btw i haven't noticed the blinking owl either .Great threads,Gordon..as always ;)

It's really incredible... (how bad I am at noticing details ;-)). I have had Ep.9 on video since 1991 as one of just a few, so it's one of the episodes I should know the best. And almost everything you wrote is a new discovery for me. For example that the singers are smoking... or the newspapers. Geez, have I got any eyes?! I'm convinced that Ben wears the same socks in the scene in the couch with John Justice Wheeler. They are black with white spots... These are the kind of completely useless things to notice that make my day, probably because like you I think I know Twin Peaks perfectly, even the smallest details, when I obviously don't... Any theory about the socks BOB1? Do you think they will marry someone and kill her?

For some reason, this is probably the least talked about Lynch directed episode
How in the world did Andy get so much tape on his hands putting up one BOB wanted poster at the Double R?
Major glances 3 times at the diner door. Is he looking at goofy Andy or is he expecting a visit he knows is about to happen with the Log Lady?
Andy believes it is his civic duty to donate sperm - I guess he is candycoating how horny of a guy he really is
Cooper doesn't only sense romantic chemistry - he asks Truman how long Hank and him have been friends
Did BOB possess Leland when he was a kid at his grandfathers summer house on Pearl Lakes? If so, he hasn't been very active for all these years up until the Teresa Banks murder.
