Hey guys! It's been forever since I've been able to get on here. I miss it so much. My boyfriend and I moved into a new apartment a few months back and have yet to get internet service. I'm at the library right now. Anyway, I don't have very long but I thought I'd pop in and say hi and let everyone know of some exciting news: I'm six months pregnant :) Yep, a new little Peaks fan will be born on or around June 23. And according to my ultrasound last week, it will be a boy :) I haven't decided on a name yet (I had the perfect girl name picked out, but I doubt my son would appreciate being named Sofie Rose). I'm leaning towards Gavin or Gage, but I'm open to any suggestions. Anyway, I probably won't be online much still but very soon we hope to get internet. Until then, it will only be on the weekends.

Oh, I also have a new job (no more lawnmower shop for me, hooray!). I work at a daycare where I am one of two lead infant teachers. So I will not only get free childcare, but I'll get to bring my baby to work every day! All right, I hope everyone is doing well. I'm going to peruse the board for the next few minutes until my session is up. :)

Love Sofie Rose not just because I love the names and the image they conjure, but I know a sweet baby Sofia Rose and once had a favorite Aunt Sophie! 

For a boy's name, Gavin is cool.  Gage?  The first thing that comes to mind is my car's dashboard.  I turn on the engine and one of the lights reads "check GAGE."  I look back at it.  It vanishes as soon as the engine is running but I always think to myself, "gage.... isn't it spelled "gauge?"  I think that would be on my mind every time I'd address someone named Gage -- check Gage!

Rufus?!?!  All the weird old names that feel like octogenarians seem to be making a comeback -- Walter, Hazel, RUFUS!  If you want to go that route, how about Alfred, Boris, Victor, Edgar or Harold.  Something wry.  Hey, Groucho is unique! Please - not another Max, Dylan, or Sam.

I like names that are a bit different, but Gage sounds a bit awkward.  But hey - I called my son Jazz...
