The police have sealed off the area right outside my office in Belfast city centre:

Early day for me woohoo!

Jamie, did you leave your lunchbox on the bus???  Must be more attentive to details.

Our offices in Belfast are at the corner of Donegall Square East.

That'll explain why we didn't get any daft phone calls from them today......

Haha Susan, I knew I should have trimmed the edges off that copper wire sandwich this morning ;-)

-You must be with one of the banks Run ?

This brings me back the bad old days in Belfast. Things like this always happen from dissidents when a big political breakthrough is imminent. Strange as it may seem, these type of disruptions indicate political progress in our weird little country!

Basic thought process of dissidents :  'Uh oh people are learning to get along and abide each other. As a disgruntled terrorist I will have nothing to do in this peaceful climate, what am I to do? I know, I'll leave a few suspicious packages around the place and phone a bomb warning into the police.'

Sounds like someone was looking for the Bang Bus.

Any word on whether it was legitimate or not? Reckon it has anything to do with all the talk of loyalist and RUC cover ups over the last few days?
